This post brought to you by a rainy afternoon!

As usual, the weekend has flown by.  I DID get my hair cut Saturday morning...but I have no evidence, yet.  It didn't quite turn out like I thought...but I don't hate it, so that's good! :)  I'll try to post a pic soon.

Most of my day on Saturday was spent baking cookies...

These are my snickerdoodles getting ready to go in the oven...I forgot to take an "after" pic!

And then I made oatmeal raisin cookies...

I think I've got six of each that are "Fair-worthy".

Tomorrow will be banana bread...and then Tuesday night will be blueberry muffins & poundcake!  All in preparation for the big turn in on Wednesday!

So...other than that and watching Michael J. Fox movies all day Saturday...and then reading Nicholas Sparks all day today...it's been a pretty light weekend!  We finally have rain in NC and cooler weather...YAY! :)
